Overview
DayWire.com, LLC compares the closing prices of a given
stock from each of the previous years and identify those stocks that
consistently produce an increase in price over the same period each year. This
historical pattern is then used to identify upcoming Buy and
Sell Dates.
This service identifies those stocks with
favorable trends via an online table. These trends are based on historical performance.
Buy and Sell Dates are the two primary fields
of this online table. These and other supporting fields are shown below.
Description of Fields:
Buy Date - The start date for a given trend based on multiple years of historical data.
Sell Date - The end date for a given trend based on multiple years of historical data.
Years - This is the number of consecutive years that the stock has
sustained an increase in price for a given Buy Date and Sell Date.
Hold Period - This is the number of days between the Buy Date
and the Sell Date.
Min Profit - For a given Buy Date and Sell Date, this is
the minimum profit gain over the previous Years.
Max Profit- For a given Buy Date and Sell Date, this is
the maximum profit gain over the previous Years.
Avg Profit - This is an average of the profits realized over the
previous years.
StdDev - This is the Standard Deviation of the profits realized over
the previous years.
Example:
Assume stock symbol XYZ had the following profit gains for
a given Buy Date and Sell Date based on the following
years:

This would result in the following:
